Please make sure this is in place before shutting off ringcentral meetings, as well as many of the other requests on here. We'll be forced to a different platform otherwise.
Ringcentral has made a name for itself around here of pushing out 'improved' apps before they're ready and shutting off old apps that worked well. Examples, task management in rc classic, forced us to other systems where we've stayed, and RC phone, HUD, SFDC click to dial, etc, RC declined to support because it was about to be shut off, before the RC app is ready. Please don't do the same thing shutting off RC meetings (zoom)!
