File transfer

Feature request - Zoom parity: Virtual background, waitlist, breakouts, save chat history or not allow to save chat history. File transfer and recording notification �this meeting will be recorded, do you want to join� are also features they want.
Their legal has a policy to not allow recording, and they like many of these Zoom enterprise custom options.

    File Transfer:

    This request was recently brought up by our physician partners as this is a convenient tool used to send documents quickly back and forth during a meeting. This cuts out the steps of uploading to a cloud storage solution (ie. Box, OneDrive etc) and posting the shared links. Our physician partners want the quickest and simplest way to get these steps done.

    These were all features we previously had and with our company almost exclusively remote, these features are necessary for our workflow.
