Organizer option to block custom backgrounds and background blurring

In some implem,entations, meeting hoests may wish to prohibit use of custom backgrounds or background blurring, for legal/privacy reasons. (i.e. legal hearings, courtroom interactions, etc.)


Provide an option, eithe rwhen scheduling or starting a meeting, to prohibit participants from using custom backgrounds or background blurring.
